In addition to the "whole year species" Pleurotus ostreatus, we also sell spawn for the blue oyster mushroom (Pleurotus columbinus). It is native to Northern Europe and tends to produce harvests in the colder seasons, giving it the alternative name "winter oyster mushroom".
